Because he is from the marketing-department. Same speech (as I can image) as a couple of weeks ago in Cologne. They have to sell their product (Spotify) by any means necessray... but behind – you never know who's working. It would be actually nicer, sometimes, (if they have any spare time) meet someone from the backoffice. Soundcloud (which is not a competitor to Spotfy) has a much nicer approach concerning public appearances. Maybe all the Spotify-Ladies&Gentlemen (who are working hard times!) should all together take one day off – and listen to music ;) f.e. The have no idea how to label some records so far...
