The work is always under copyright, I think that what you mean is either full rights or some rights reserved. 

And the answer is yes, if it&#039;s under a BY-SA licence for example, they could be printing and selling the pdf even after I decide to &quot;close&quot; the work. This is why I think that NC licences are often useful.</description>
